My darling granddaughter. How much I sure love you.
I have a book that is Bible stories for kids and you pick it up quite often. I really don't like to read it to you b/c there are alot of hard to understand stories in the Bible and you are pretty young (5) to understand some of those stories. But, none the less, you wanted me to read and then you asked me if God could see us all the time and just like Santa, he can always see us. Then you asked if God was real and I said oh yes, he is very real. And you asked if Santa was real and if the Easter bunny was real. Of course, I said yes, but did not elaborate. Then you said are they on automatic? Not sure what you were asking, hee hee, but I said yes, b/c I figured better to say yes than get into a big discussion about santa. So, I guess they are all automatic :)
Aunt Staci was feeding Caden after supper and of course you are very intrigued by the process. You always want to watch and ask her questions. So, last night you asked again what she was doing and she told you giving Caden his milk and you wanted to know how that happened and Aunt Staci said you know how a cow has milk? and you said "are you a cow?" Of my gosh, we all cracked up. Sure do love to hear your take on life.
