 My dear Bryce,

You are 16 years old now and driving with your permit. I just don’t know how the years goes so fast. You are such a little sweetheart and you’re so good to your little cousins and they just adore you.

A couple weeks ago your parents went out of town so you guys spent the night with me and of course Caden and Keira also. My Internet was on a very slow speed since I was transferring it to Florida. So I had four kids there who could not play on their devices in the evening. We tried to find some shows that would come through, and the only thing that worked seem to be Looney Tunes. You said how funny the only thing we can get is Looney Tunes and we all just started cracking up. We ended up playing games and charades. We really had a great time. We laughed so much and we just got a new dog. And of course she had to get in on the excitement. She was running all over.

 My sweet Bryce,

We just celebrated Fourth of July, your second favorite holiday, after Christmas. Makes me feel so happy that you liked the Fourth of July so much. It gets very crazy. This year went very quickly, I feel it does every year, you really wanted to see the fireworks from the boat, but the lights are not working on the boat so we just walked to the end of the road. It was still fun though.  You are so good with all your cousins. And I can tell you those girls just adore you. They want to be with you all the time . 

Papa picks Wild blackberries, and you absolutely love them. We were all at a soccer game the other night and Papa had a bag here for you a good size baggy, you guys came to the house and you sat there with a spoon and ate the whole bag of those blackberries. Papa got the biggest kick out of you eating them with a spoon.

I still can’t believe you’re going to be driving in a month. You absolutely can’t wait. I can see you craving your independence.
