My dear Bryce
This week you started eighth grade which is the last grade in the middle school and next year you will be in the high school. I seriously cannot believe how quick this happened. It was quick when my own kids grew and it’s even quicker for my grandkids. You are an eighth grade advisor and I am so proud of you. You do so good with all the little kids.
We’ve been starting a little tradition of taking you and Annie and aly and Anna to the lake house for an overnighter. Your girls seem to really enjoy that. And we love doing it. This year while we were there aly asked how busy your mom was at work and you said oh I don’t know and aly said because I’d like to get my hair highlighted before school, and school was starting in two weeks. And you said well are you coming to my birthday party because mom could do it then! And I thought oh my, so I did tell aly it probably wouldn’t be a good idea to do hair at a birthday party. You are too funny.
